About Rubén Muedra Arquitectura.
The studio is not only the place where projects are designed. It is the structure of thought, rigor and precision that makes a specific architecture possible. The studio is based in Valencia and Madrid, and develops projects in Ibiza, Alicante and the Costa Blanca —Jávea, Denia, Calpe, Altea or Moraira—, as well as commissions in other parts of Spain. Residential architecture, corporate architecture, interior design and project direction and development, within a single integral logic: from the idea to the built work. Five phases: listen, read the context, design, refine and build. An ordered process that accompanies each project from the first conversation to the finished work.
The Studio Architecturra made this project
We conceived The Villa Vitta as a home that will remain relevant for decades — not driven by trends but grounded in technology, quality, and the honesty of materials. We selected natural wood, stone, microcement, glass, and noble metals, not only for their aesthetic purity but for their durability. The interior integrates pieces and systems from brands that have stood the test of time — manufacturers of engineering systems, lighting, sanitaryware, and furniture with long-established reputations. The result is a house that ages gracefully.
Architecture.
Each detail was thoroughly considered, from the shadow cast by a pendant light to the tactile sensation of a door handle. Special attention was given to engineering: ventilation, acoustics, automation, and lighting. Technology remains discreet, supporting the purity of the space. The Villa Vitta is an example of architecture where modernity rests on timeless foundations — a home designed not for spectacle, but for a long, harmonious, and beautiful life.
Interior.
Every spatial decision was shaped through a detailed exploration of proportions, light, and daily life scenarios. We aimed for a balance between generosity and precision: allowing the architecture to feel expansive while maintaining warmth and intimacy. The project is built around a dialogue of natural tones — soft beiges, warm woods, expressive stone textures, and refined metallic accents. Together they create a feeling of calmness and permanence with no superfluous elements.
